Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS ARE EASY

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Please read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy to learn about how to proceed with returns.

OUR GUARANTEE

WE guarantee your satisfaction with all BOTANIX HEALTH merchandise. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund.

RETURNS TIME LIMIT

All returned merchandise must arrive at our facility within 14 days of being delivered to you. The receipt date of the purchased merchandise is determined by the shipping carrier’s delivery notification.

RETURNS CHECKLIST

To ensure speedy processing of your returns we ask you to verify that the returned merchandise:

  • is in its original retail packaging
  • is unused
  • is adequately packaged in a proper shipping box
  • is not missing any parts or any of its accessories, if applicable
  • reaches our warehouse within 14 days of being delivered to you
  • is not damaged

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are charged by the carrier companies.  We recommend Canada Post Expedited Service, so that you can track your package, and receive delivery notification. Any costs associated with returned merchandise, including any packaging and sufficient postage costs are your responsibility.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

In order to initiate a return, use our contact form. We will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA). This RMA is necessary to ensure timely processing of the returned merchandise at our warehouse and must be included with the returned package.

RETURN SHIPPING PACKAGING

Please package all returns in an adequately sized, adequately padded shipping box to avoid any damage to the merchandise.

REFUNDS

ALL refunds will be issued via PayPal to the original buyer of the merchandise, this includes gifts and merchandise sent to a third party. Refunds are limited to the merchandise purchase amount collected at the time of the order excluding any shipping and handling fees.

EXCHANGES

Receiving the wrong order is a rare occurrence. However, if you receive merchandise materially different from the one you ordered, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost to you. This exchange offer DOES NOT extend to to orders placed in error by you. We reserve the right to change any merchandise packaging and/or labeling without any notification, this exchange offer DOES NOT extend to these and similar immaterial changes.

Exchanges will take effect as long as the merchandise is in stock. In the event that the merchandise is out-of-stock in our warehouse we will issue a full refund in accordance with the above clause.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENTS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective merchandise, use our contact form to arrange for a refund or a replacement.

TIME TO ISSUE REFUND

Most refunds are processed within 1 week of receiving the returned merchandise at our facility.
