CANADIAN AND UNITED STATES ADDRESSES
- Purchases will be shipped within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment for your order.
- Our carriers of choice are Canada Post, FedEx and USPS. However, from time to time we may choose to ship via another carrier.
- The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight and shipping dimensions of the ordered merchandise.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times are based upon normal business volume.
- Orders to the United States are shipped from Canada, and may be randomly stopped for inspection at the border by United States authorities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but delays of this nature are out of our control.
- Orders to the United States may be subject to tax, duty and custom charges. Such charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer.
P.O. BOXES
We accept orders to Postal Boxes. However, be advised that delivery to Postal Boxes may be subject to additional transit times.
INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
We do not ship outside Canada and the United States at this time.
OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
